This not a game for everyone. Even a futa enjoyer may struggle due the sheer amount of unavoidable gross fetishism present all throughout the game.

[Gameplay]

The gameplay loop is pretty simple. You descend each floor of the tower sneaking around finding the weakness of the boss in order to defeat them and search for a way to the next floor. It uses standard RPG Maker combat with some sex animations mixed in.

Each floor is accompanied by a new power up or ability. Bosses aren't super difficult but it can be annoying trial and erroring different skills until you find their weakpoint. Overall nothing crazy here.

What does annoy me is how there no cancel or back button when talking to boss NPCs. On one occasion I defeated a boss only to accidentally talk to them again trying to fast forward the dialogue, which if you do that before saving you will be forced to fight the boss all over again.

[Writing]

The plot is that you are teleported to another universe where futas have dominated men for quite some time now. Without spoiling too much it's essentially a chosen one story where you liberate men as you descend each floor, much to the chagrin of the Futa Queen. There are numerous translation errors and even text not translated at all. I suppose it's not that bad since the intent can still mostly be understood.

[Erotic Content]

What irks me this section. You would think "wow an entire futadom on male game, we're eating good huh?" Except what accompanies that is boner dropping content that you cannot avoid. Nearly every foe or boss is rife with farting and disgusting smells as an attack or sex move. I'm not joking. You will not go 5 minutes without some character farting on you, in your mouth inflating you (yes this is real), or in/on someone else. Using pheromones is one thing but this takes it to a another level.

I'm willing to bet at least 90% of people including myself don't like this. If there was an option to permanently disable such content it wouldn't be so bad, but I can't see that happening as a lot of it is a signature move or a part of the story beat.

Everything else is still more outside the norm like vore, cumflation, permanent hole stretching, and even rape to death. The animations you see on the front page are probably the most normal of them all.

[Bugs]

Sometimes when you're watching a cutscene attempting to fast forward it may cause it to glitch out starting it all over again. I also was able to walk through walls on numerous occasions. Nothing game breaking or any hard locks discovered so far.

[Conclusion]

Basic RPG Maker gameplay but I will give some credit for incorporating sex into battles which even some bigger games fail to do. No way to avoid gross fetishes and writing that's just enough to keep you interested. If you're able to stomach or even enjoy that then this is a game worth checking out, otherwise enter at your own peril.

Review for v1.3.5 A. I want to preface that i'm not really into most of the tags that are in this game, i initially only downloaded it because i was curious as to what a futa prison rpg would bring and i thought it would only be along the lines of 2 hours of gameplay ( i was wrong).

So eventhough i dont like futa on male, farting, or the various vores that are in this game, why did i even play it and rate it so highly. Honestly i still think the game as weird as it is, is kind of cool if you look past the weird aspects. This is the only rpg maker game ive played with battle cutscenes and the like. And while im sure that has been done before, this is my first experience with it and it gets some + points for it. Sometimes i was looking at the scenes thinking it looked kind of awesome and in others i would pray for this poor soul getting obliterated.

Secondly the overarching story is interesting enough that i want to continue playing it to see what happens next. There are some characters introduced that bring some foreshadowing on what is to come and im curious to find out more about .
Also if you are into most or all of these tags, then i cannot recommend this game enough. I have never seen a game have so many scenes.

I was not going to talk about the combat but i read another review stating the combat was impossible without cheating. So either it changed since then or he did not know what he was talking about. In floor 8 you can not fight without losing but the game literally tells you this multiple times. In lower floors however you can easily win using healing items untill you learn a certain defence skill after which you would not even need many of those. So no, fights are not unfair unless they are meant to be unfair.

Now why a 4/5 and not a 5/5. Simple the translation is pretty poor. Some parts are not translated at all. This is not the worst thing as i can just use a tranlator myself but it is annoying. Also the use of he/she to refer to characters is never consistent and i wonder how a translator can even get that wrong tbh. There are also some minor bugs with item duplications here and there andone major one where you have to lose to continue the content of maaya but that is the end of the content anyway so its not too important.

Lastly while having a great many scenes is a good thing for a porn game it does kind of stop the narrative too often. In my opinion not every random futa needs their own scene with multiple shots. But i would not take any points away from the review for that.

Honestly, I didn’t expect to enjoy Futa prision this much. The art is super well done, the characters are fun and memorable, and the story pulls you in more than you'd think. Totally worth checking out.

Look I'll be honest with you all, the game's main premise and idea are good. Although, it is so bad.. but so.. soooo bad written, poorly done and makes this game look so boring and monotonous.

I'm not a huge fan of futa x male but Jesus Christ.. this is the most incompetent Developer I've ever seen, he completely wastes all the koikatsu tools and graphics completely away, because HOLY SMOKES, it looks like he didn't even try, just modelled and exported there.

Another thing to mention is about the main developer: The creator himself is really..but really jerky and only prioritizes the ones who got more profit to pays his bills. Look, I know that money is crucial for a game development because with that capital, you can give the best quality possible for your game and the players. Although, this guy is a complete fool at everything in this game.

One point to mention is his characters designs.. i.. don't even know where to start.. I like big proportions and all.. but if those proportions serves literally no fucking propose, then what is the freaking logic putting that anyway? There's literally a character bigger than anyone else and for what? It's Not like she could use or do anything anyway..

Gameplay aspects: is the most generic nsfw RPG maker thing I've ever seen, I'm not saying: "OH MY GOD, I'VE NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE" because even simple things can be fun too, which is not the case..

Combat: the bosses are ridiculously hard, I'm not here saying "skill issues" but to the point you literally have to use cheats to defeat them is the most inconsistent thing I've ever seen.. no interesting combat feature mechanic, not like fear and hunger or something like it..

Optimization: I can see that organization and reduce space is not this guy's main focus, like: WTF dude? 5.89Gb? Are you serious? Most of it are just a bunch of poorly made open archive videos that most of them are just literally the same.

An incredibly terrible game by all accounts

Story is bad
Writing is bland and boring
The models themselves look bad, I can't imagine anyone with a functioning brain could stand having them on their screen for longer than it takes to realize the mistake they made and uninstall.

To start it, this game is a real waste of Koikatsu assets, everything is done so poorly, visually.

Besides that, the creator of the game is not very intelligent. The game has to rely on a bunch of cheats, since this person was unable to organize anything properly.

Even though the gaming part is simple (in a way that panders to brainless players far too much), it is also full of bugs.

Besides that, even though I can appreciate absurd stories, I cant enjoy it if it is poorly written.

Futa on Male is something I enjoy, and the concept of someone being stuck in a prison and having to survive futa bosses is nice. But this game is complete trash.

This game started out good in the early days. however after the creator started to inject a certain fetish in literally every scene, it might as well be called Fart Prison or Man crawling up a Futa Rectum , rather than Futa prison.
many of the scenes are well made, some even being cinematic. the developer gives frequent updates and is active which is a good thing . the combat system is simplified which is excellent

when this game started the vision was clear, the story was set and things were moving forward. you can see it by playing the first chapter. however once the subscribers started pouring in, and the developer started smelling the money, he made the unwise decision of letting the payers decide not only the how the story plays out but even what fetishes to include with no restraints. having other people decide how your game plays out is like having viewers instead of a director run a movie or civilians instead of politicians running a country.

If you're into Big Futa Women dominating you this is definitely the game, even if you're not a fan of Futa and love women with big asses there's a ton of content for you to give a try, seems the developer is adding in a lot of Milfs to the game now too, the story is pretty decent and the animations are beautiful. Best thing about this game is that it updates very Often

One of the best games on the platform. Although it still lacks a lot of content. The semen and the smells are quite poorly done. Anyway, I give it a top rating because the story is good, the gameplay is great and the rewards are the best. A 5-star game, although it has internal codes and other issues that will eventually end up affecting its rating. Recommended. And to deepen and diversify fetishes, there is still much to explore.

There are lots of interesting niche fetishes in the game but the UX is just bad. There are many bugs, the localization is all over the place, and the plot is incoherent. If you enjoy large futa woman and dont mind exaggerated proportions and unrealistic body insertions, then this one is for you. Its extreme in its fetishes and got some heavy lady balls all over.
The overall progression through the game is fun and creative with some simple puzzle solving.
The lewd scenes are done greatly with multiple good optional scenes!!
I only ran into a few bugs when talking to NPCs but those were far from being game breaking. Just minor inconveniences.

Bro, the game has fight scenes like those in Fate!
I tried it out with with low expectations, but I was wrong, it turned out to be very good. The pacing of the story is well-measured, allowing me to grasp elements of the game's world, its lore, with an intriguing sense of mystery. Moreover, the placement of hidden photos throughout the map making traveling between rooms not boring.

Having played for a while and found the game to be very promising. The only drawback is the frequent tiny errors in the English dialogue, such as incorrect use of "he/she." However, it can be ignored given the overall experience.

Its a rough gem with tons of potential, the game needs to be polished from translation to the gameplay and video, but nothing that prevent you from having a good time.
Moreover the new update have given more deepth to it, given the story tons of flavor.
In such a niche it's lucky to have a good developer that finally create a game with a good amount of content.

When I first looked at the pictures for this game

I didn't have high expectations, but I played it once and enjoyed it.
Really recommend to try it especially if you have doubts like I had.
There isn't a whole lot of futa content on this site and this is one of the better ones.

A tip: if you want to read everything, keep Google Translate at hand because Dev still has parts that have not been translated and are in Spanish.

Firstly this game is one of the very few good futadom games, and personally I liked all the fetishes it features, and the game has a lot of potential as exploring can be a little fun and gather all the small lore pieces, but there is one issue the game faces which is the bugs, keep in mind the game is under development and is not completed yet, you can find a lot of bugs in the game, but I know the developer will be fixing them soon and another issue is the translation can sometimes be weird, and it switches to Spanish sometimes.
Overall I rate this game 3.5/5 for now, as it still needs many improvements, but I am expecting great results in the future as it's still under development.

First of all there is not much futa on male content games. Overall I like the idea and story. Characters look pleasing and different. Game shows us futa on male content in many scenes. I like to make choices that lead me to different endings or scenes and this game have it already in first patch. I would like to see more from Ninja Head and look forward for Futa Prision.

Well...damn. I was really excited for this, because it has a LOT of niche fetishes that I'm into, and of course, futa at the forefront. Sadly, that's all it has going for it. The animations are higher quality than you'd expect, but are marred both by horrible, terrible sounds, and an inability to control them at all. Worst of all is the game itself, which borders on being unplayable due to myriad bugs. The partial translation struggles to even be considered as a "partial". It's akin to a bandaid on a missing limb. The game is just not ready to be seen by the public.

The animations are a mix of smooth and janky. Some are comically bad and others are quite nice. Each and every one, however, has terrible sound design. It literally uses hydraulic machinery sounds for sex, which would be pretty funny if this were satirical porn, but, you know...it's not. That ties into this game's plot and pacing at large, which is simply immature and so terrible that it borders on being inadvertently hilarious at many points within the first handful of minutes.

The biggest issue with the videos is that you'd be better off watching a...well, video. Once the clips begin, that's it. You're locked in with no control for the pacing or execution. If you want to skip a scene, you can't. If you want to loop a scene, you can't. It just happens, leaving you to twiddle your thumbs or regret not being able to twiddle something else faster.

The bugs in this game are omnipresent. Clipping through parts of the map, having to click something rather than use the interact key on the keyboard, dialogue simply freezing for upwards of 20 seconds for seemingly no reason, and so on. Many people even got hardlocked at a certain minigame. The game's in a bad way right now.

Lastly, we have the "translation" into English. It's really, REALLY weird, because it translates the most useless things. They chose to translate flavor text and plot rather than actual hints that tell you what you're supposed to do in the game. That's some weird delegation of time and effort. Sure, I get you want people to know your story, but how are they going to get to any of it if they don't know what to do? Weirder still is the consistency. Sometimes one sentence will be pockmarked with typos, then the next will look like it came from ChatGPT. Clean and mechanical, but functional. Then the next sentence will be in Spanish.

Since this game is so inconsistently translated, I can finally say this without guilt: Give us a fucking skip button. An actual one, not the "Hold x or z to speed it up" since that causes you to make choices that likely won't affect anything in the game, but make you feel like you missed out. Just put a skip button in. It's the easiest QoL you can immediately add.

Game's just bad. It gets 2 stars because of more effort than usual being put into this. Minus 3 for everything else. Buggy, not ready, poor design both as a game and a porn game, and so on.
