I've been playing Lilith's Throne recently and hilariously, I find out in-game that my futanari player character can 'milk' her cock and then pump the semen into her womb. Essentially a pretty fucked up inbreeding I've never thought about before. Even more hilariously, you can meet the resulting offspring and if they're into incest have them impregnate you or you impregnate them which is a loop I can barely wrap my head around.
I've been having a lot of fun doing that but it is somewhat limited and the interactions are repetitive between all of my offspring.
