It's over a month late for anyone to post update V0.205 on here
the heroes here only post it when its a big update, one new scene is not worth it

Fair i guess, It's taking a long time for the next big update they were doing it so frequently and then just stopped

I think maybe the reason for this is that the author re-graded his patreon, available time for low level became higher level's right and our hero may probably be the lowest level, so we'll have to wait for the next update to be released before we can play the content of this update.

The small updates add dungeon an enemy game over scene, that is all. Given how expensive the tier for the most recent game build is people don't want to pay for just those incremental updates. This is a preview of the scene from the currently available version, taken from pixiv.

Hope their will be some corruption or something to have the character submit to the dungeon enemy's like instead of taking your life they corrupt you a little. The more corruption/slutty you are the more powerful the futa enemy's are and how likely they show up (like they get more powerful from fucking you idk)
maybe you are thinking too hard about this game xD, dont forget there's still dead ends, a really bad dungeon system, misspelling seems bother people too, and lot of bugs.
overall this game its great, but i doubt it can handle complex systems like you mentioned, also the community always chooses boring positions for new scenes and the dev is not thinking outside the box either. (the bad end in the dungeon scenes was great, and now there's less "innovation")
