I believe the game is built on a pretty old version of Unity (2017 I believe) so, it's missing A LOT of the enhancements and improvements that have come with newer versions of the engine. That could likely explain all the issues you've had.

I started playing the game just yesterday and found this, what are these tentacles for? Just a secret from the author, or will it be needed for the quest?

Testicles are look customization, like erectshroom. Although just cosmetic, there was a quest with elf sisters that required you to change your character look in some way, if I recall correctly.

Search wand doesn't seem to do anything in the maze..

It have buddy, use it's skill in the maze and follow the light of it. Save right after u went thr it 'cause there will be boss fight and u have to play the maze again if lost.

It's at the top of the map, on the stairs that when you climb it you'll find the mushroom dog, then just go right and climb the walls
I need help, I’m stuck in the passage, namely in the 4th cave, the magician has stage 2, I feel like a casual, I just don’t have enough estus and there’s nowhere else to go, the entrance to the village is blocked, there’s this boss left. I can’t level up my weapons now~ In the second phase, nothing is clear with magic, it doesn’t break through with spears either, it just spams attack stars + explosive balls...
I figured it out...(kick off the explosive balls) she has THREE phases
( examined the map and climbed up there with a running start, but haven’t found anything else yet)
and there’s nowhere else to go, the entrance to the village is blocked, there’s this boss left. information for those who don't know how to farm things.
1. you need a stick (given at the beginning of the game) and a hammer
2. hit the post with a stick, as shown in the screenshot.
3.wait for the stat for rare items to appear.
4. farm the best set

Q: I cannot defeat the witch girl when her health reaches 0.

I guess all the quests that I can't complete can't be completed because the game is still being worked on? Like "The cause of Wuelie's Sexual desires" and "Collecting Sperm"
