Best described as a Maid Cafe management simulator, there's actually a pretty competent management game to this (and not with a "For a porn game" caveat)

The sex aspect is also decent, with the following pros/cons:

• CONs:
  • The initial cameras for the scenes are often blocked by walls (less of an issue than you would think since you can just adjust it yourself and/or plan H-furniture placement to mitigate it, but it's still an issue)
  • Low-poly-ish models, which won't satisfy some
  • MC appears to be the only Futanari & only "Top", with everyone else being female/"Bottom" (my biggest gripe, along with the next one)
  • No otokonoko/traps either (which is a common maid cafe trope both inside and outside of porn)
  • so in summary:
    • Futa on Female: Yes
    • Futa on Futa, Male on Futa, Futa on Male, Female on Futa, Futa on Trap, and Trap on Futa: No
  • zero reaction/acknowledgement of sex scenes from customers/other maids
  • some have complained that there are no male/female MC options (not sure why with this is a complaint with the game's name being Futanari Coffee Shop)
• PROs:
  • Collision/hitboxes during sex scenes are pretty well-done (potentially a product of only the MC being Futa, and all the maids being female of identical height/genital placement)
  • Actual scenes/poses feel well chosen
  • Has a character creator, even if it's on the limited side of things

As far as the non-H elements go:

• PROs
  • Again, it's a really good maid cafe management simulator
  • It has a solid core gameplay that just needs further variety of furniture/h-furniture/uniforms (which are easier development "problems" to deal with)
• CONs
  • The interactions/controls are mouse-based outside of WASD camera movement with Q/E camera rotation. In particular, the way to interact with the maids is particularly bad, and will actively mess up the floor/kitchen when you accidentally pull a maid from their work when you meant to interact with a stove/table/etc...
  • The MC sucks at all tasks (cooking/taking orders/delivering food/cleaning table/cashier checkout) and will not be improving/leveling up. As soon as you can get the MC out of the workflow, the better things will go.

All in all, I don't regret paying money for it (on sale at least), and the dev has been very open to steam comment feedback saying things such as:

As a Futa enthusiast I truly enjoy this game as it scratches all the right itches. I like the management element of the game as its fun in itself, and the build up and expansion of your cafe as well as your maids. With the recent customization updates you can truly populate your cafe with a lineup to suit your preference which is great. Having a gacha element is always fun as there isn't any cost associated, although I would like there to be an option to remove auto-save if you get new maids as you can still save scum anyways but it takes more clicky.

For the H part of the game I like the current setup and would like to see it expanded to more options as well as more participants like 3p and 4p.

Lastly I would hope for there to be an option to add futa maids instead of just the futa MC.

Overall I love this game as a casual and fun H game to relax and blow off some steam.

The gameplay is fine, but not particularly innovative, and not at all sexy. If you're looking for a decent management game, this might do. If you're looking to get off, keep looking.

There's nothing sexy about the premise or the gameplay. I played for an hour and nothing sexy happened at all. It may be that it gets sexy later with a ton more effort and work, but it probably isn't worth it to the player.

Good management game with a gacha-type system to unlock new maids. Customization of both the cafe and maids is pretty solid, offering plenty of options. Definitely worth checking out if you like actual gameplay!

It's a good maid cafe simulator. A variety of clothes, there's not much grind, but I was really drawn into the gameplay, so I even got high.

An original H game? With a focus on Futa? Yes please. I bought it on Steam to show my support for more. Still feels like an early release, so hopefully a lot more is added in time, but this is already more fun to play than most H games.

Wish list for added content:
- Futa maids (I haven't played for more than a few hours, not sure if these come later, but nothing so far)
- Acknowledgment of nudity. You can be naked when you serve customers and even fuck your maids in front of them, but there's no reaction by anyone when you do.
- Corruption. It'd be fun to be able to slowly convert the coffee shop into a brothel by adding sexual services to the menu instead of food.
- Controller support. I play a lot of my H games on my Steam Deck, so adding in controller support would be very welcome.

Maids, gameplay loop seems to have potential and rewarding good management so you can both earn money aswell as lewd your maids as.

Also you are a futa manager is currently only futa so there needs to be more of them as well as more maid model variations would be nice
