Project:
- Futariuum's Gate ( - - )
Our project is a 2D story-focused visual novel futanari game, with deck-building card battler and roguelike RPG mechanics. The game has a futa-protagonist, and the themes are mostly futanari (futa on futa and futa on female) and lesbian fetishes. The game has been around for more than a year now and is already released on Steam in Early Access and currently has around 10K wishlists and a stablished growing community.

Developer:
- Gloomy Washer

Looking for:
- A candidate with previous experience writing visual novels for games or erotica, specifically in the futanari and lesbian erotica niche (required), to help us as an additional writer.
- Someone who can complete a test and, if hired, start immediately. They must also be comfortable picking up and continuing the in-progress work from our other writer.
- You must be a native English speaker or have certification in advanced English (proof might be required).
- Someone who's comfortable with fetishes such as futa-on-futa, futa-on-female, femboy and common fetishes (we do not work with any extreme fetish related theme).

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Someone who can adapt their writing style to meet our needs and whose work fits our project well.
- Collaboration and Adaptability. Experience working in teams, incorporating feedback, and adapting writing to fit art, music, or programming constraints. Must also be comfortable with revisions based on feedback.
- Proficiency in creating compelling stories, character arcs, and natural, engaging dialogue. Experience in fiction writing and erotica, scriptwriting, or storytelling that evokes emotion and immersion is desired.
- Concise and Pacing-Oriented Writing. Ability to write succinct text that fits screen formats (e.g., dialogue boxes) while maintaining tension, pacing, and readability.
- Familiarity with branching narratives, choice-based systems, and non-linear plots.
- Familiar with themes that blend the medieval world with the real world.
- Familiarity with adapting scripts for our game engine, which is Ren'Py.
- Clear communication with language that's easy for players to understand.
- Someone comfortable writing large volumes of text if necessary.
- Someone who can help us edit, improve, or rewrite past content from the other writer based on the direction we take with the project, adapting it as best as possible given our budget, vision, and community feedback.
- Strong communication, creativity, and enthusiasm for games.

Employment Type:
- We'll pay per words written, with possibilities for raises or bonuses based on performance.
- Payment methods can be PayPal or Wise (we don't use crypto).

Work commitment:
- We're looking for a candidate who can start right away and has good availability, whether part-time or freelance. We also expect the candidate to be available on Discord frequently.
- The position is to temporarily replace our writer but could lead to a long-term collaboration.
- Your time zone should match or at least have only a small difference from the developers' (GMT-03:00).

Preferred method of contact:
- Please reach out via Discord (User: nethuum).
- We're only looking for someone who is responsive and active on the platform. If you're barely online there or take too long to reply, please don't waste our time contacting us.

Additional comments:
- The candidate will need to pass a small written test so we can evaluate their performance before moving forward with the collaboration.
- We want someone with previous work we can review and who doesn't rely on machine learning tools for writing.
- Possibility of being promoted to work with us on our other projects.
