I didn't like the control scheme (keybindings), so I never really got immersed into the game. I appreciated the voice acting as that adds somewhat to the game. This was a DNF for me even though I'm into futa (or simply, chicks with dicks) as a kink. I am more into gradual transformation/corruption of the heroine and this one is immediate, right at the beginning, and they jump right into full on sex with zero build up. For some reason I also didn't like the way the sex scenes were portrayed...they are giant, fill the screen stills that were not at all sexy to me. It is not a bad game, just not for me.

So, I slammed a few hours into this game. It's pretty good, if basic.

Futarina x Explorer presents as an action RPG with almost all action and no RPG, but it has a very large world to explore as you unlock the few options that allow you to explore further.
You have an attack button and a jump button that are going to be 90% of your gameplay. Each character has different attacks and can use some limited items for an additional 9%. 1% is the game is entering a super mode to slap a boss silly by attacking it more, but this time with particle effects.

It's a charming little lighthearted story about saving the world using the power of a god, which he channels to you by giving the heroine in question a big swingin' meat hammer.
It's all fully voiced, too, which is either good or bad, depending on preference!

For the H-scenes, they're a bit disappointing. They're a few images with variations (cowgirl, cowgirl 2, cowgirl 3) that you get at specific story moments or after you use your god's willy to mushroom stamp bosses and mini-bosses.
Everything is super-duper censored, but it could be carried by the dialogue and the text.
...Which is machine translated and/or a different language. I can understand it, but it's not great.

Still, Futarina x Explorer is a good little game if you like adventure games and futanari. I sank four hours into it before taking a break for dinner and to write a review, and I'm not done (though I think I'm getting close to the end) so it has some staying power.

I can think of worse ways to spend a Saturday. Plus, I got a reason to write about a game requires you to use the dong of the divine to save the world.
    Oh, Japan, never change...
