does anyone know how to site rip or what to use to do so,i would appreciate if you explained everything or give me a link to somewhere that explains because i see the site rip tags on games and i want to bypass those damn cheeky premium sites and get their games/videos such and MNFG.com

A long time ago, in a galaxy ... Well, I mean many years ago, I used HTTrack to rip sites, but it doesnt work for pay/membership sites, those are riped either by people that buy a membership for a limited time (illegal), or with a stolen CC (very VERY illegal), or by hackers (either a hacked account, or hacked website).
