Idk if they have some agreement whit the developers, but i do not think so.

Let's do the math...
a)you're using Daz studio, or Blender which are built on open source code that thousands of people contributed to.
b)using models, morphs, poses, textures, shaders, lighting, etc. all made by other people.
c)using open source renpy, made by hundreds of contributors

and you're trying to sell a product that you made.
but muh copyrights, waaaaah!!!!
