As for the Ayumi route, it's been put in the game technically, but none of the video files were added, so the text is kind of useless. If you want to read it anyway, turn on your PC in your apartment at 20:00 and go to the milf website. You gain access to the milf website by raiding your Aunt's room when the in-game walkthrough says too. Hopefully the video files get added.

The problem that you are running into is that you are opening the School Life file. What you need to open is the file named "index" for patch 0.19.
