There was this pretty fucked up game a while back that was in the top down RPGM style with turn based combat, but with higher quality assets. It starts with you getting home or smth and these men in black show up and either you or someone close to you is a big conspiracy theorist so you dont answer and they eventually expose themselves as lizard people and you kill them. You find out the lizard people are doing something underground and the surface seems to be all taken over and dystopian in a short period of time so you go underground to fight the lizard people. Throughout the game at this point, you have various combat encounters, some of which result in rape and death if you lose, or when you win are given the option of rape, murder, capture (for a not yet implemented dating sim or some shit). The version i played ended after you dealt with the lizard queen/boss or whatever. Some details may not be perfectly accurate due to time, but the overall picture should be correct.
