Seeking Game called "tie me up"

Hello,

iám new here and i see a note, which iám not allowed to post links for now.
So i won´t do that. The game can be found by searching "fdnbgonds" (account) on deviantart.

There is a link to a dropbox, but it won´t work for now. And on patreon, the publisher says it´s the "early version" what ever the differences might be.

Maybe someone of you, know the game and maybe has also a link to download.
Found it later this day and want to try this
