Well dont run it from the archive..
Use 7zip or explorers builtin zip to extract the file to a location.
And then run it. "Not from the archive"

Sorry. no idea. perhaps win11 is not supported or something.
Try right click on the exe and see if you can run it in compatibility mode

But did you run it in compatibility mode ?
Also try run it in CMD.
type CMD in the explorer where the directory path is.. it will open cmd in that directory. "fasterst wat to get cmd open in that dir."
then try and run the exe from the cmd and see if it produces any errors.
