Ren'Py Game Crushes while saving

In the following games everytime I am trying to save, the game scrush (no report created, the game window closes).
I tried both version (original and compressed)

Also, when the game starts in the "Load " section there is no save file although I have them in C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\" Game save folder"

In previous versions (hopefully I kept them ) everything works fine.

You are trying to run games in a folder where your windows user has no write permission. It's why some of them work in elevated (admin) mode. It's also what the SinfulLife game says about not having a valid location for saves (the ones in the game/saves subfolder that the game is unable to create without a write permission)

Probably the same goes for the SandStorm, however the game complains about a missing font file. Still could be the missing write permission causing it indirectly.

Follow the instructions here if you are unfamiliar with Windows NTFS permissions:

You should do that, because running non-system applications, especially games in admin mode is not a good idea for more than one good reason. It's never a valid solution to a simple missing folder permission problem.
