Seeking Game discontinued?

Recently found Dollscapes, saw updates until about some 96 days ago from the dev in 0.2.6 or something, then saw no more activity. Is the game abandoned? Or, is the patreon and Itchio page outdated?
Minor edit: If it is, discontinued, anyVR games with similar free use/ glory hole / bondage vibes?

Ah, update for everyone stumbling on this and curious, yes.
Found their patreon had a comment asking about activity where they answer a big update isdue "This month"
Will still gladly accept game reccomandations tho
