Game don't run on some PC's

Hello there.

Who can help with game?

It's doesn't run on some PC's, our team try it and all works fine, but some users cant run it.

No errors at all, just nothing happens then they try to run it.

Some users said that japanese emulator helped them, but i have no idea why.

No errors at all, just nothing happens then they try to run it.

There's errors, but hidden. Tell the players to send you there "log.txt" file, and compare it with yours. The moment where the file stop will tell you what made Ren'py stop working, and so where the error come from.

Assuming you use a 7.4.x version of Ren'py, it's probably due to a to old OS (support for Windows XP have been dropped, and yes there's still people using this OS) or a too old GPU or GPU driver.
