Did a ton of searching but nothing came up so here I am.
This should be from the same artist that made "The dead end" and "Black Guards of Odom"

Not too sure tho, sometimes the characters are reused or looks very similar. Could be from the "The Little Club ~Secret Young Girl Brothel~" game. But here's their DLSite with all the games they made.
