I played a game long ago, it wasn't finished at the time but I heard it was finished and they were working on a sequel
It was a type of management game? It had a male MC who was athe landlord of a building he inherited. one of the people living there was named Chris who was trans/transitioning and got accepted to some special program for transgenders where they got training and job placement.
