That's funny as I definitely thought about making both games. A type of survival game in an island and a Mount and Blade type of game but as a StarWars parody.
Crusader Kings, set in a fantasy world with sex animations would be perfect but making that game would require a lot of skill and resources
I'd something like this thats a cross with Vae Victis, which has a conquer metagame with spy/sabotage missions that get steamy, as well as direct leader duels that have you having you way with the loser.

The problem with action porn games is that you often need both hands to play a good action game.
I think the ideal design is to alternate the two, so while you’re playing the game, you’re just playing the game, but when you hit a story checkpoint or something, that’s where the porn picks up. Or, if you want to add sex to the combat, then you have things like grappling moves where you can take a quick break from the action and watch the animation. I think games such as Night of Revenge, Alien Quest: Eve, Flying Princess: Inter-Breed, and Iris in the Labyrinth of Demons do a decent enough job of it, and I’m sure there are even better examples out there.
