Need help from the community for 3 games I played awhile back, and for my life of me I can't remember the names of these games. I'm posting several images I saved , hopefully someone can help ID these 3 games. Thank you for any help!

Not sure what those games are, but the dates of those screenshots could help identifying them if you still have the same PC, and with that potentiall the save data. You could try searching for all files in AppData that were modified on the day the screenshots were taken. If the game saved files on those days, they might still show up in the search.
To do that, open your Explorer, click into the address bar and enter "%APPDATA%", then press Enter. It should then show the contents of the directory "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming", so go one directory higher.
Once there, click into the search bar, then click on "modified date" or similar in the search ribbon, then click on "today". Back in the search bar, delete the "today" and in the date selector scroll back to a date from the screenshots and select that. Once the date is entered into the searchbar, press Enter and wait a while.
If the search shows some files that could look like save files (e.g. with the file type "SAV" or "SAVE"), you can see the directory they're saved in by hovering over the displayed path below the file. That will likely include a name or other identifier for the game.

Yeah lost most my VN titles when I recently built a new R7800X3D system. Gonna try that search on my old R2700x system and maybe I'll have luck matching up the SAVES to the game... that's where I played many dozens of games on. I'll do what you suggest to figure it out. The other 2 games have now been identified by others, just need to figure this last one. Not sure if it was Ren'Py VN, Unity or UNREAL game. IF I do learn the name of the game, I'll update it on this post. Thanks!

UPDATE 12/18/24:
Using this original date of my images, when looking thru my games, I figured out the last game title ( in last posted screenshots)
If anyone's interested... the game was:

Brothel Megacorporation [v0.22] [Khing Orchestra]
