Identify Game Identification - Shocking Update

I don't know if this game is still being developed, but I remember playing a game about a year ago. I remember a very dark turn during one of the updates. You meet up with a young woman in a strip club I believe, and you get along well, and then you go home. The next part is a spoiler for anyone that might want to play it. The next morning the game shows the woman get up on a chair, and put her head in a noose, before hanging herself.

It was a shocking scene, but I am interested what happened to this game. I can't remember the title. Anyone remember which game I am talking about?

Thanks for the suggestion, but this was a DAZ 3DCG VN, rather than hand drawn style. But thanks! I wish I could remember more details, but I've played hundreds of games here and they kind of blend together after awhile, haha, except for a few of the particularly memorable ones.
