Identify Game in the desert with terrorists?

Every time I see a game with a screenshot in a desert it triggers a memory of one I played that I just cannot find.

All I remember is there's a town, or a broken down car, and if you let one of your female companions do something, a bunch of "terrorists" (Guys in the desert with AK-47s) show up, you can go back to their area, and let them rape your companion, and there's a joke about one girl there who's too used up by them while you have a choice of who to spend time with.

That's basically all I can remember, I've been going through any game with a desert screenshot for the past year and continuously re-download erastorm, which is definitely not it since I've played it a few hundred times now, I just can't find it, so it's now firmly sitting as one of those "I don't know why I wanted this in the first place but now I need it just to know what it is." things.

I'm gonna check out world after war now, just in-case, but I don't think so.

I usually just avoid games with a walkthrough, and close open-ended ones. (Different to Renpy games that simply have multiple choices/routes.) but I only started doing that after too many times getting stuck in loops.

Desert Stalker doesn't seem like the right one. Though I'm noticing a lot of common assets among all the games. (Erastorm, desert stalker, sands of antarctica...) which is making it more difficult since I can't just say "Oh like this place!" when everyone is using the same "Ruins in the desert" assets.

So I finished desert stalker, it's not the right one. WaW was a definite no, that's specifically the game I kept downloading and getting stuck in a loop with.
