Identify Game in which MCs neighbours were vampires?

Sandbox (like Summertime Saga where you can travel throughout city)
Something about MC being only one who can see that Neighbours have different coloured eyes or something
(not 100% sure about this)Running shoes located in garden
MC lives with mom and sis
