Identify Game in which you can impregnate multiple characters

The protagonist can impregnate female characters by showing some sort of card and they are obliged to have sex with him. Pregnancy is kinda a game mechanic, and I think you could keep track of how many children the protagonist has had. The setting was Japan and one of the characters you could have sex with was the protagonist's sister I think.
