Recommending Game like TV series "Shameless"

Is there a game that has a plot like the TV series shameless, especially where an old hobo like Frank has a young girl like "Karen Jackson" in the house and where I get scenes like this:



I prefer comic-style art but 3D or 2D is also ok but not real porn.
