Identify Game name: go to school, pay for cell service, pizza store, buy toys in playground

Ok, so I remember this game having 3d graphics, but chibi like. It was about someone who moves into an apartment and goes to school.
Things I remember:
  • She ends up working at a pizza place
  • has to pay for cell service in order to watch porn
  • buys sex toys from a girl hanging out in the local playground.
  • There is also a sub/dom mechanic (I only remember it working with the clerks from the convenience store)
I don't think it was finished, but I cannot remember the name of it at all and nothing in my games folder looks familiar.
