Im looking for a game I played a while ago. I remember that the mc had a phone next to his bed, would use it in the mornings/at night and at some point you get a call to have a meeting with a counsellor where you end up having sex with housemate. Throughout the game the housemate sneaks into your room and gets closer and closer to masturbating/touching you. Over the days, mc tries to find/put more vibrators/dirty books or magazines in the housemate's room. Somewhere in the house there is a car and I think you are supposed to distract/work with the guy who "guards" it to be able to use it. That's as much as I remember, unfortunately. Been going through every single game by name, and must have missed it or something.
