Hi! I'm trying to recall the name of a game, played it a few months ago. Here's what I remember:
Guy moves into a new place with his mother, is introduced to neighbor girl. At some point, you're able to peek at the neighbor girl's mom/dad fuckin. You can free roam in your home & their home. Except for the girl's room. There is also an interaction where you peek at her via her balcony, and also scare off another voyeur.
There is also a school you can free roam in. You can also tutor your friend's younger sister who doesn't leave her room. At some point in the plot, there's also a part you can go to and sneak into a room to have sex.
