I love playing around in BodySlide for Fallout and Skyrim, tweaking my character models. Making the breasts huge with tiny nipples or vice versa, tiny tits with long nipples.
I'd love an actual game or sandbox like this were you can tweak everything about the character model and just have fun creating new models.
I really want more customization like vagina modification (maybe even turning on and off penis for futa characters), and face, hair, etc.
I found a few that soft of work but the customization is a bit limited:
