Seeking Game set in South America/White MC

Anyone know of a game set in South America? Im thinking of a game where the MC is white and goes to SA on business, adventure etc and meets latina, inka and black women that he can seduce and fuck. Thinking of the old porn site "Gringos Unleashed" as inspiration.

Could also be a historic game featuring Spanish conquistadors.

Not a great fit, but The Lust City prolly qualifies. The location of the lost city isn't super clear, but it's about a weird diverse tribe in the jungle living around a Meso-American pyramid.

Treasure of Nadia is again a "probably South American" setting, but the LIs aren't really diverse.
