So basically I'm finding for a game I played years ago which started with a family that either crash landed from a plane or got shipwrecked from a boat. The main character is the son of the family and he got stranded on an island with his mother and sister. They were saved by the tribe on the island and they were gradually exposed to one of the tribes customs which is incest. The last thing I remember from the game is that the mc met a witch and the witch pushed him a quest to impregnate many girls in different tribes.
