Identify Game similar to Stardew Valley

So I remember a while ago playing a game I found here like Stardew, but I can't recall the name of it, just remember doing the usual farming stuff and fulfilling quests for npc's around the town. But most notably there was a guy selling some weird drug who had a quest to find his donkey/girlfriend and you find out the drug makes it so the animals all become anthro, there was also a fox, dog and a snake that you can 'interact' with along side the usual human npc's

Any help finding this lost memory would be much appreciated
