Outside of going to a developers Patreon page or Discord. Is there anyway from this site to check on games, to see if they have been Abandoned or have been put On Hold ?

If you use the latest updates page with those two prefixes abandoned+onhold, you can basically see the list of games that have been abandoned or put on hold since the last update, so just browse that list if you are curious.
Altough be aware that the abandoned status is inconsistent because it often is applied after a certain period of time and not always because the dev officially abandoned the project.
