In my previous post, I think I could not express myself fully, so I decided to explain my expectations and promises more clearly under a new title.

First of all, let me introduce myself;
I am Italian and I am 27 years old. I studied scriptwriting at the university. I am an art school graduate. I started working as soon as I graduated from university. I wrote 6 movie scripts. I was personally involved in the whole shooting process of 4 of them. But then the living conditions and financial difficulties pushed me to quit my job. I started working for a global marketing company for more money and a plaza career. Within 2 years, I worked my way up to shipping team leader and also worked as a manager in the company's foreign trade department. But then I resigned to do my own thing and now I am the scriptwriter and director of a theater team that tours in various countries.
In the meantime, during my student years, I also worked in translation and localization (translations of books, plays, stories, etc.).

I have acquired some skills in line with my work;

-Working harmoniously with the team and ensuring coordination
-Data Analysis
-Writing speed and the ability to create continuous stories
-Marketing Strategies
-PR and social manipulation techniques

I define myself as a good researcher and I usually like to do a lot of analysis before starting a business. And since I like to play games and I believe that the "Adult Gaming" sector will grow, I have started to analyze these games as a hobby for the last few years. I designed an algorithm whose results I trust very much and added the following to this algorithm;

- The subject of the game
- Characters in the game
- Game Price
- How many languages are available in the game
- Gameplay duration
- How often he receives updates
- How many people worked on the team that made the game.
- Which game engine they used
- The number of entries about the game in the relevant forums on the internet and the number of views it received

I then added some more general data.

- What percentage of the pie does the Adult Gaming sector have among the rest of the "Adult Content"
- How many game makers
- How much of a difference in income and work there is compared to other "Adult Content"

At the end of various data like this, I realized that this industry is sustainable and promising. And I observed that the children of the producers are doing amateur work. Most of the time this is due to lack of financial resources, but some of them are deliberately disrupting their work because they are only focused on making money. And this will starve these independent producers in the coming years when "Real Game Companies" enter the industry. The good ones will be bought by these companies.

I don't want to write a long sociological analysis here, but the world is under the influence of an intense variant of hedonism and it doesn't look like it can be saved from it. Now, even normal games do not refrain from including sexist and +18 content in order to satisfy their players. Because that's how the demand comes in, and these companies spend millions of dollars on work that is far better than my amateurish analysis. They are much more aware of the situations I have noticed than me, than you.

This is a battle for space and there is no more normal reaction than resistance. I also want to resist. If you are alone, it is easier to beat you. But if you have 5 other friends with you, you are stronger.

I want to give a simple example, are you a very good animator, congratulations, but that alone is not going to help you that much. What you can do has to be limited or freelance work. The most you can do is unscripted sex animations.
For example, I can only write stories. I can't do anything else but write long series of sex stories. The most I can do is to join the writing team of any game.

If you are happy with that, then this is not for you. If you are intrigued by the idea, then what I write next may be of direct interest to you.

The idea of a Game Studio came to me precisely because I was thinking about these things

So what is this Game Studio?

This is actually a utopia and a "commune" like organization.

It is an independent organization that aims to gather programmers, writers, visual designers who are very successful in their fields but do not see the value they deserve because they are alone.

After reading this, don't think of the socialist states in Eastern Europe. We don't eat potatoes here every day and communism has been gone from the world for more than 50 years.

What I want to tell you is this;

Don't you have any capital to invest in the game?
You have talent and you are looking for a place to show it?
Would you be happy working with a team?
Would you be happy to design something or be a part of something that is designed?

Then you are in the right place.

This may sound like a children's fairy tale to you. And you are right. It probably did to me too, but I'm sure I'll prove that this is not the case in a short time.

I know that there are some people out there who agree with what I'm saying and want to give this project a chance. I'm already looking for them. Not every niche idea or project that hasn't been done before is taken seriously by people. They are usually ridiculed and told that they will not succeed. This idea is usually right. But the world is full of people who prove these ideas wrong. Even if you think for 1 minute, you can name a lot of names.

I think I have explained my problem and the rationale for my project in enough detail. Now it's time for the work and the conditions;

What will we do in this game studio?

At first, we will start designing a single game and we will move this process forward. (This may change later on as the participation in the team increases)
You will be able to share assets and exchange ideas with your partners in your field.

What do I do?

Since other details are not important at the moment, I can say the following in the simplest form;

-Screenwriter
-Story Writing
-Game Direction

Who do I invite to this Studio?

-Visual Designers
-Modeling Experts
-Animators
-Those who can use various game engines (Renpy-Unity etc)
-Coders
-Screenwriters
-Story Writers
-Data Analysts
-Experts in marketing and PR
-Social Media Experts
-Discord Moderators

I expect only the following from you?

-hardworking
-Honesty
-Business Ethics
-Trust

I am not a greedy man and I am in favor of everyone earning the money they deserve. I expect you not to be greedy either. Money arguments break up teams. Right now there is no money. When there is, it will be shared fairly.

Why is there no capital?

Actually, I don't see it that way. Our capital is our skills. We don't just put money in because we don't need it. I also think it protects us all from the risk of possible bankruptcy. Imagine we put a lot of money in. And then we have a disagreement and the team falls apart. It's a loss for the person who put in the capital. When the business starts, the income is invested in the business. This is the right thing to do.

It all sounds very good on paper. The problem is that the work is not proportional for most games, if they are visual novels type of games. There, the art occupies the majority of the work/time per update and for first release.
If another type of game is developed, not a simple visual novel, than maybe at least the first release if not subsequent updates will have a lot of the work on the coding person/team developing the game engine.
I saw in another post of yours (that's how I got here) that you are looking for a writer. At least for the start, since you are already a writer, that should be more than enough as you would already outpace at least the artist for the game, if not everyone else. So even as a single person, you will be left with nothing to do, while the rest are still working.
Just my two cents.
(I am someone that enjoys the learning experience and does all the things but unfortunately doing everything can drain your energy fast, so I have some experience where the work percentage is).

There are some really important things missing:

Like is there a game?
Is there a general idea what kind of game you want to make?
Story, genre, protagonist(s), etc?
After your data analysis, do you know what game engine you want to work with?
That's a LOT of different types of jobs you're inviting. How large do you expect the team to be?
How large do you need the game to be to get it off the ground, and do you have a plan to expand to add those other positions?

And - I hate to say it, but just from pure practicality - let's address the MASSIVE ELEPHANT in the room:
"Right now there is no money. When there is, it will be shared fairly."
What/who decides what is "fair"?
Is there a methodology to determine fairness, or it is it just the feeling of a particular person?
Why should anyone working for this Studio believe that "fair" compensation will overlap with their idea of fair compensation.

I'll give you a couple examples, from my own experience:

1) I was writing for a game that became profitable and we decided it was time to split the money.
Since there were only 2 of us on the project, I said, "Well, 50% or more would be too much, but anything less than 25% would be an insult."
The other person said I should get 15%, and had a list of reasons for why and what they were going to do with the other 85%.
They made some good arguments. I made some good arguments.
Eventually we settled on a number we could both agree on, but initially we had VERY different ideas of what was "fair".

2) Similarly, years ago a couple friends of mine decided to open a club. I was one of the investors, so I was privy to their private business conversations - including how much they paid themselves and how much they reinvested into the business. I actually interrupted one of the calls to tell them they weren't paying themselves enough - I didn't want them burning out from reinvesting too much in the business and not enough in themselves. They were so focused on the club's finances that they were pushing themselves (and their employees) too hard. After some adjustments (in both time & money) the club started doing much better, attracted more people, and made more money (for both them and investors like me.)
Again, "fair" depends a lot on the person, process, algorithm, etc that defines it.

My point is - perfectly reasonable people can have completely different ideas of what is "fair".
Who/when/how is that going to be determined?

It's kind of crazy that you want to create a studio with strangers, have so many open positions, and no budget.

Do you understand how large the scope of the game would need to be for it to be profitable?

All you describe in your post is a grand studio idea that makes no sense to me, as you have no initial game plan, no industry experience, and no budget. Yet you want to start big from the beginning without any financial backing.

I know it's likely not your intention, but the whole thing seems like a scam to me, especially the last part.

I share the exact sentiments ... assembling the avengers is the only way forward... however , the money thing which is overlooked cannot be . Also the payout / work attribution / distirbution is another factor. As mentioned by L7Bear you can help and once things work the distribution terms change mid way. If you get people and it works all the best. However

If your struggling to get people it will be easier to galvanize a non pay team through showcasing your efforts / skills. You mentioned your skillet is writing, then do what your asking on a smaller scale . Apply to be a writer who isn't getting paid to work for someones game. Preferably someone with the skills you need ie 3d/programming.

Lastly Daz3d is easy as pie to get started , you can make a killer story via your skillet and make your own game with about 20 hrs of tutorials on youtube to make some sort of game or comic

all the best....Avengers Assemble...
