.. and you rescue a woman being accosted, she takes you to an island and reveals that she's a maid for the lone mansion there, there's two or three other maids, and a "mistress" of sorts. It was in RenPy, and I believe Koikatsu?

Does it involve the maids in the mansion having colored bells, which you can ring to summon them?

If so, that's Little My Maid.

Huh. I could've swore it was in a 3D engine.. I didn't remember the bells, but that orange outfit in the 4th screenshot is definitely something I do recall. Thank ya!
