Recently read some more about South Africa, the countrys history and mixed society and started wondering if there are any games out there where you play as a white MC set in Africa? Would love to be able to seduce, corrupt and fuck some nice black African women

So raceplay? Honestly, no clue. I only know of some the other way around. BBC and Blacked is the more popular genre on the other end of the raceplay fetish spectrum. I'd be surprised if there are any games like what you've described. Similarly interested if there's any.

As things are now, it's likely that a game with a white male MC in Africa is going to be a cuckoldry game.

That's easier, there are plenty games with a male MC who can fuck one or two black women, especially harem games where the MC is usually white and it's not rare to have 1 to 3 black LIs. One I can certainly say has at least one black LI and another side character is Vae Victis. Sorcerer too, but more wholesome. WVM and Luke's Way had two or three, too, but I can't really recommend these two games.
