I'm trying to remember the name of a game I played a couple years back. You manage a building ( a halfway house i believe) and there is a girl who is a resident you have to get her to do tasks but she bribes you with sex and other lewd activities to avoid doing it. I think there was a punish system. Sorry that's all I remember of it.
