Game turned Hentai - Where can I find it?

I really like the hentai Ryoujoku Famiresu Choukyou Menu. I recently saw a comment on the site i go to that said it was based off a game, and there are other LIs that are in the game that aren't in the hentai.

Anyone know where I can find this game or other places I can look for it? Tried F95, and no go for on here. Not sure where else to look, to be honest.

You can search on the vndb website, but from what I researched I believe it is this game
