Well, I've played it, and I thought about recommending it.
But there're
1. There're only 2 girls if we don't count MC - not much fitting for the request.
2. MC can optionally be genderswapped into FMC and corrupted as well. It's fun, but it's against the request about MC not having sex, heh.

Henteria trilogy can take quite a lot of time from you. Not because of grinding (no grinding), but due to the sheer amount of content.
But if anything, if you're interested, the Henteria developer was inspired by more older japanese
NTRPG series.
