Looking for a game where the male MC is living in the city with his step-sister and dating a girl he goes to university with.
Early in one storyline, you can chose whether the MC cheats on his girlfriend. Depending on choices, this could either be with the step-sister or the girlfriend's gym trainer.
If he does, he then receives anonymous text messages blackmailing him into continuing to cheat on his girlfriend/have more extreme sex with her.
