I played a game maybe a year or two ago where the MC could basically turn his basement into a dungeon and imprison girls down there. I remember that one of the girls regularly visited the MC's house for her job. I think she delivered mail or something. The player could choose to keep things platonic and let her keep delivering mail or to keep her tied up in his basement so that he could use her as a sex slave.
I can't remember the title or much else about the game. I think the MC could also have at least one other girl as a prisoner down there too but I can't remember anything about her. The game was either in renpy or something similar to it.
