Game starts with MC living with cousin and a(n ugly?) aunt (pretty sure MC makes a move on cousin before getting kicked out).
Anyways, something happens and you end up moving back to your hometown with mom and two sisters (one older [bitchy?] one) and one younger one. I believe you can hook up with the younger one's friends in your living room and you get caught by mom. Younger sister and her friends are also in a band or something and you can join them for band practice in the garage. Pretty sure it used Daz3D and not Koikatsu.
