Identify [Solved] Game where MC's world glitches

I am looking for a game where the MC lives with his mother and two sisters. The MC has headaches that make him lose consciousness. But, the headaches are actually caused by some meta glitch that is making his family horny. The 3D model for the older sister is similar to Laura Croft. His little sister is a tsundere.
