Seeking Game where (private) tutoring/teaching ends up corrupting the student/teacher which leads to other changes too.

Title more or less describes the request, so I would like to find out if there are games where there is a teacher-student relation (no problem if it is not the main story) and it ends up with corrupting one another or each other not necessarily due to bad intent, it could happen simply due to desire.

Now there are tons of games witch such (sub)plot but I am looking specifically for such games where this has an effect on the character(s) outside of this relation and scenes during tutoring. So for example the student starts failing in the school because of this or starts to be more skimpy or ignorant. Or the teacher starts to cheat due to this and has problem because of it, etc... Anything that fits the case where the student-teacher sexual relationship leads to other changes in the game is good.

Once in a Lifetime has a teacher that slowly falls for you, partly due to her husband neglecting her. Won't spoil how it ends.

Apartment #69 also has a teacher but there's not a lot of content there yet so not sure how it's all going to play out yet.
