I forget the name of the game.
Mostly what I recall is that it started out as your typical MC comes home to (probably fuck) his mom and sister, but had a few interesting elements.
I believe there was an ex-girlfriend that you could either rekindle your past relationship with her... or you could treat her like shit and basically make her your sex slave.
There was some degree of supernatural (dreams where you would see the future or what was happening right then across town), but it was mostly based in reality.
At one point during the game someone tried to shoot you, but hit your sister instead. She ended up in the hospital indefinitely.
I think (but may be confusing it with a different game) there was also a subplot with your best friend & his sister running an electronics store. Despite wearing skin tight clothing it was heavily hinted/implied (maybe even said) that she had a penis (and possibly also a vagina?)
