I am desperately trying to find a game that I loved about a dude that was in his 50s i think, living in a shithole apartment with a deadend job and porn addiction. He dies of a heart attack but is reborn in the body of his 16~ year old self. He then sets out to improve the relationships he had with his mother and two sisters, as well as with his friends. I can't for the love of me remember the name of the game, and any help would be appreciated.
