Seeking Game where there is a system to improve oneself, and impregnation

So any games that can make it so that protagonist can increase his/her (yeah the rare futa game would be welcome) penis size and his "virility" (semen production, so on so on) and also impregnate the various "heroines" within the game. Bonus if the improvements are visually apparent. Even more bonus points if the females can also improve (breast expansion, becoming fitter, more curvaceous, even age "regression" or rejuvenation - NO DIAPERS). Massive jackpot if females become visually pregnant.

Mind you, am already aware of peasant's quest, love and sex second base, Total seduction 1 and 2. I don't mind getting recommendations for Japanese or non-english games.

I can recommend the following games:

Monster Black Market - management, specialization in pregnancy and breeding, sperm as a game mechanic, but you can't upgrade it. (my favorite game from this list)

Breeders of the Nephelym - a game about breeding, farm management, there is crossbreeding and pregnancy, sperm as a game mechanic, there is skill upgrade.

Vixens Tail: Duskvale - you can upgrade sperm, there are many interactions with the heroines, I'm not sure about pregnancy and other things, I didn't finish the game (I didn't like it), but it seems like there were hints about it.
