Playing Faulty Apprentice i liked how you could end up betraying your allies at the end and even get a unique ending scene with them all as your prisoners and was wondering if anyone know of anymore games like that where you can betray your allies at the end with some unique ending scenes with them?

Try this thread, although not all have it specifically as an ending. Also, Hero Party Must Fall is one to keep an eye on.

Crimson Veil has not one but two routes like that; on one of them (started when she loses to the satanic priestess in the vampire village, if I remember it well) the MC defeats and enslaves her former comrades.
