Seeking Game where you can buy properties

I played corrupted kingdoms (don't know how to link) a bit ago and I don't know why but I liked the feature where you could "convince" people to sell their properties like a school or something and you now had authority there to most of the time fuck people. So are there any games like that? I don't really care for the look (just not dogshit) or the tags, thanks.

Corrupted Kingdoms , havent played it in a while but at the time you could buy random properties like a school, bar and a farm.
