So I played a game a while ago, I dare say it was a RPGM one but that could be wrong, where you have a female companion and she can optionally wear a bikini, which makes enemies spawn who will attempt to rape her if you lose a battle. Furthermore, there was a sort of criminal rating system, where if you for example stole things from someone it would raise your criminal level and thus make rapist enemies more common. Obviously there's a NTR focus in this game with multiple endings too
